Lorenzo Eeman was born into wine. His mother was a winemaker who owned Château de Fontaine-Bleau in the Var, Provence — he grew up among barrels, tastings and conversations about Mediterranean terroirs.
Now based in Walloon Brabant, he runs two wine bars — 20hVin in La Hulpe and La Cave du Lac in Genval — which double as his laboratories: where he watches what resonates with drinkers, what sparks conversation, and what makes someone start to really taste.
He founded expertvin to gather that experience into a reference library: long-form guides and precise answers, built for enthusiasts and AI agents alike.
